Rodolfo Luzardo

Mr. Luzardo is a co-founding Partner of Celerity, and serves as the Firm’s Managing Partner.  With over 15 years in top-tier consulting, private equity and investment banking, he has extensive experience leading successful turnarounds, and developing and executing ambitious growth strategies.

Prior to Celerity, Mr. Luzardo spent over 6 years at McKinsey & Company in Chicago and Miami as a leader in the B2B Marketing & Sales Practice.  Also, he was a VP and CFO at MG Capital in Chicago, and led a turnaround as CEO of Industrial Powder Coatings in Ohio.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Luzardo was with J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch in New York.

Mr. Luzardo earned a B.A. degree from the University of Miami, and subsequently received an M.B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Chicago.

Carlos Rodriguez Vera

Mr. Rodriguez is a co-founding Partner of Celerity and has over 19 years of experience in M&A, private equity and industrial management.

Prior to Celerity, Mr. Rodriguez was a manager in pricing and business development with Eaton Corporation.  Also, Mr. Rodriguez was a Corporate Development Manager with MIC International, LLC, focused on Oil & Gas investments.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Rodriguez was a practicing attorney for 11 years in his native Venezuela, focused on advising multinational companies on M&A, foreign investments, corporate finance and banking.

Mr. Rodriguez earned a J.D., Cum Laude, from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, an L.L.M. degree from Georgetown University, and an M.B.A. from Case Western University.

Alejandro Silva Barron

Mr. Silva joined Celerity Capital in 2009, and has over 15 years experience in marketing management, telecommunications and consulting.

Prior to Celerity, Mr. Silva was a marketing executive with Nokia, focused on the Latin American market.  Earlier in his career, he was with Thyssen Partners in Dallas, Empresas Polar in Venezuela, and Accenture.

Mr. Silva received his B.S. from the Universidad Jose Maria Vargas in Venezuela, and his M.B.A. from Schiller International University in Germany.  He has also completed executive education programs at INSEAD and Kellogg School of Management.
