The Firm seeks investments in small and medium-sized businesses whose growth has strained the infrastructure and capacity of the organization. Either working with existing mid-level management, or new leadership, Celerity helps its businesses expand through internal and external growth, maximizing efficiency in the use of resources and, whenever possible, expanding markets, product lines and/or services. Although we have not limited ourselves to a specific industry sector, we have considerable experience in light manufacturing, business services, and wholesale distribution.
